The WBDGA reserves the right to accept, decline or withdraw any entry at any time. Any member whose entry is accepted shall be subject to the rules and conditions of play set by the tournament chairwoman. The reason for rejection of an entry may include, but is not limited to, unbecoming conduct (language, throwing clubs, poor treatment of other competitors, intentional slow play).

The purpose of our Policy is to ensure a safe and positive environment at our events, making sure that all individuals and host staff are aware that there is an expectation of appropriate behavior, consistent with USGA competition rules.

We are committed to providing an environment in which everyone is treated with mutual respect. Incidents of unbecoming conduct or actions deemed to be detrimental to our image or the “Spirit of the Game” are unacceptable. Any Individual who violates this Policy during a Tournament/Event (including before, during, or after play) may be disqualified from the Tournament/Event and the Individual may be subject to additional discipline, including expulsion from the organization.

Failure to post scores for handicapping purposes or manipulation of scores for handicapping purposes goes against the Spirit of the Game. Remember to properly post all scores in Golf Genius, Golf Canada, or post using your club’s preferred handicap software.
